Abstract

This study introduces an unpublished microcredit model with controlled real interest rates, aiming to reconcile social equity and economic sustainability. Unlike traditional methods based on the outstanding capital, the proposed formula incorporates a progressive modulation of interest, ensuring that the total cost remains below conventional bank loans while respecting the nominal rate announced (1%-4%). Numerical simulations and parametric analysis demonstrate the robustness and flexibility of the model, providing a transparent and sustainable solution for vulnerable populations.
