Abstract

" Le SDIS est un établissement public à caractère administratif sui generis placé sous une double autorité. Il dispose ainsi d'une certaine autonomie administrative et financière afin de remplir une mission d'intérêt général, précisément définie, sous le contrôle des collectivités publiques dont il dépend. L'objet de ce mémoire est d'identifier les politiques publiques réalisées par le SDIS, d'analyser le réseau de processus afin d'aborder les modalités de l'évaluation des politiques publiques. Afin d'intégrer les nouveaux enjeux, il est proposé des recommandations à intégrer dans la politique territoriale d'incendie et de secours. "
