Abstract

" Le présent mémoire s'attachera donc dans un premier temps à présenter les deux acteurs [SDIS et Conseil général] et les liens administratifs, juridiques et financiers qui les unissent. L'analyse des enjeux et des finalités sous-jacentes à la mise en place d'espaces de coopération permettra de comprendre, d'une part, qu'il ne s'agit pas uniquement d'un problème de rationalisation des deniers publics, et d'autre part, pourquoi beaucoup d'initiatives ont été prises dans ce domaine. Bien entendu les différents cas de figure recensés en France seront ensuite répertoriés et comparés entre eux, sans oublier de s'assurer de leur qualification juridique."
