Abstract

" La conduite du changement se pose à toutes les organisations, entreprises privées ou structures publiques. Pour les services départementaux d'incendie et de secours, il s'agit de concilier le changement et la continuité du service dans un environnement complexe, incertain et digitalisé. Depuis les années 50, les recherches menées sur la conduite du changement, en partie liées aux changements économiques, ont permis d'établir une littérature abondante afin d'aider les dirigeants dans cette tâche. Après un état de l'art sur la conduite du changement, une enquête exploratoire a permis d'établir que de nombreux leviers étaient déjà utilisés, au sein des Sdis, d'un conseil départemental et de l'ENSOSP. Toutefois, des préconisations sont formulées, à l'attention des directions des Sdis. Ces propositions visent à permettre la réalisation des changements nécessaires dans de meilleures conditions, avec les apports des sciences cognitives et digitales, tout en répondant aux exigences plus fortes de qualité de vie en service. "
