Abstract

" Face aux fortes contraintes budgétaires et à l'engagement exceptionnel de ses troupes pour répondre aux nouvelles menaces, l'Armée se réorganise et se recentre sur son cœur de métier et ses missions principales. Cependant, la protection contre l'incendie de ses installations demeure un objectif fort pour préserver les capacités de défense de la Nation. C'est dans ce contexte que ce mémoire vous propose de découvrir comment les SDIS deviennent les partenaires incontournables de la protection contre l'incendie des ouvrages militaires à travers la coopération et l'assistance mutuelle. Notre étude vous montre en quoi ces deux axes sont les facteurs essentiels pour atteindre l'efficience et la performance. Dans la droite ligne de la politique de développement des mutualisations interservices voulues par l'État dans le but d'améliorer l'action publique et de répondre aux exigences sociétales et budgétaires, nous préconisons des solutions de mutualisation concrètes et réalisables. "
