Abstract

"...L'outil décisionnel [outil informatique] désigne les moyens, les outils et les méthodes qui permettent après avoir collecté, consolidé, modélisé et restitué les données informatiques d'une organisation, d'avoir une vue d'ensemble. Il offre ainsi une aide à la décision aux responsables en charge du pilotage des activités traitées. Son arrivée et sa mise en œuvre génèrent de nombreuses interrogations qu'il conviendra d'anticiper et de prendre en compte... Ce mémoire a pour objectif de répondre aux interrogations suivantes : - quelles sont les conditions nécessaires à la mise en place d'une telle démarche ? - quelles sont les perspectives ouvertes par l'utilisation d'un tel système informatique ?"
