La fiscalité environnementale en UEMOA

Abstract

Face aux défis climatiques, la transition énergétique est une priorité mondiale. Si les pays en développement ne sont que peu responsables du stock de CO2 à l'origine du réchauffement climatique, ils apparaissent particulièrement vulnérables aux effets de celui-ci. Selon l'Indice de Performance Environnementale (IPE) , les pays de l'UEMOA affichent des résultats assez faibles en matière de politique environnementale. Le Sénégal avec un score de 43,3 est classé 101e mondial alors que le Mali au score de 33,9 est classé 161e. Ces résultats s'expliquent notamment par de faibles scores en termes d'adaptation au changement climatique qui est une dimension importante de l'indice. [...]
