Abstract

" Avec la mise en place de la départementalisation, le nombre de PATS n'a cessé d'augmenter jusqu'en 2010 avant de se stabiliser. Ils sont aujourd'hui près de 12000 toutes catégories et tous grades confondus. Aujourd'hui incontournables, ils font partie intégrante de l'organisation des diagnostic basé sur des recherches documentaires, statistique d'entretiens nombreux et multidisciplinaires et de questionnaires envoyés à l'ensemble des chefs de groupement PATS de tous les SDIS de France, le groupe mémoire a pu faire un bilan précis de la situation de ces agents au sein des SIS. L'ensemble du parcours professionnel de ces agents a été étudié, de l'attractivité des SIS jusqu'aux mobilités extérieures en passant par leur acculturation, leur formation et leur avancement, et des propositions nombreuses et pragmatiques sont proposées pour donner à la gouvernance des SIS qui le souhaitent des outils permettant de leur donner une place à laquelle ils aspirent. "
