Abstract

" Dans un objectif permanent de recherche d'efficience et d'efficacité, en particulier en raison d'un contexte budgétaire toujours plus contraint, les SIS français se doivent d'améliorer le fonctionnement et l'organisation de leur secteur logistique. Dans le secteur privé, cette évolution a démarré il y a près de 30 ans avec la création de chaînes logistiques modernes, appelée " supply chain ". Après avoir réalisé une description des concepts liés au fonctionnement d'une supply chain, et de quelques principes issus du supply chain management, nous avons réalisé une enquête auprès des SIS afin d'établir un état des lieux de leur logistique et des réformes engagées, puis d'en dégager des exemples pertinents de bonnes pratiques. Notre réflexion s'est ensuite portée sur les thématiques financières et techniques. Ainsi, nous avons pu établir que la mise en place de principes issus du supply chain management permettait d'impacter directement sur la maîtrise des coûts et représentait un réel facteur d'efficience opérationnelle. Enfin, initialement destiné au SDIS 24, notre document comporte une liste de préconisations et deux exemples concrets d'applications transposables à l'ensemble des SIS. "
