Abstract

" Cette recherche s'inscrit dans une démarche d'exploration et d'amélioration continue de nos pratiques en formation et part du constat réalisé empiriquement, qu'il existe des influences au sein d'un collectif de travail qui contrarient, voire empêchent un sujet agissant, ici le chef de groupe en formation. À partir de l'observation de l'activité réalisée en intervention réelle par deux chefs de groupe et à travers le cadre conceptuel et méthodologique de la clinique de l'activité, nous avons montré comment les affects existent, se manifestent et influencent l'activité du chef de groupe à l'aide de l'analyse multimodale et comment il est possible de l'aider à développer son pouvoir d'agir via la méthode des autoconfrontations. "
