Abstract

" La réforme dite des emplois supérieurs de direction des sapeurs-pompiers a désormais plus de cinq ans. Dans son sillage, de nombreuses avancées sont intervenues. Si la création de ce cadre d'emploi a été généré par une reconnaissance de l'autorité politique, elle n'a pas résolu l'ensemble des problématiques auxquels étaient confrontés les sapeurs-pompiers. Devant eux, ils voient aujourd'hui advenir une réforme de la haute fonction publique fruit du besoin d'adapter le service public aux attentes de la population. Les sapeurs-pompiers, pour le moment sur le banc de cette réforme, ont la ferme volonté d'y prendre part, tout en assurant l'adaptation de leurs propres services pour conserver la reconnaissance qui est leur accordé à ce jour. Quels pourraient être les voies et moyens pour y parvenir ? Et dans quelle mesure favoriser les mobilités est-il un outil indispensable pour développer les compétences et les perspectives de carrière des cadres sapeurs-pompiers qui devront résoudre cette équation ? "
