Abstract

" L'étude débute par un état des lieux qui permet d'appréhender notamment le fondement et les enjeux de la GPEEC et de disposer par ailleurs d'une présentation des aspects de la mobilité et de ses finalités... Dans un second temps, une analyse de la situation locale a été effectué, elle a été réalisée grâce aux audits des différents organismes, aux données fournies par le SDIS 24, à plusieurs entretiens avec les cadres du SDIS 24 et à une enquête réalisée auprès des personnels.
