Abstract

"Partant du constat que malgré le mouvement de balancier législatif opéré entre 1996 et 2004, les contributions des communes et EPCI (établissement public de coopération intercommunale) au budget du SDIS ont été pérennisées par la loi de finances rectificative de 2008 (art. 116), il convient d'envisager les évolutions possibles du système de financement dans un contexte budgétaire contraint afin de stabiliser les finances du SDIC"
