Abstract

" Depuis la Loi Organique sur les Lois de Finances, les SDIS ont évolué d'une obligation de moyens à une obligation de résultats basée sur une gestion par la performance[...] Les 3 thèmes choisis pour ce mémoire s'inscrivent dans la volonté de mettre en œuvre cette obligation. Nous aborderons, à la demande du directeur de mémoire, des préoccupations réelles et actuelles du SDIS 85, qui devraient permettre d'obtenir une adhésion de l'ensemble des personnels sur des sujets forts tels que les difficultés du volontariat, la recherche du bien-être pour les agents ainsi que la valorisation des actions des sapeurs-pompiers "
