Abstract

" L'intelligence artificielle est un des enjeux des prochaines années, à plus d'un titre. Ce mémoire a pour objet d'en étudier l'impact, en matière de management, et d'évaluer si son avènement dans les organisations peut constituer une opportunité managériale. Apparaissant dans le prolongement de la transformation digitale, l'avènement de l'IA va bouleverser le travail et accélérer les modifications des organisations publiques ou privées, déjà engendrées par la transformation digitale. En ce sens, il s'agit d'une opportunité pour les organisations de revoir leurs modèles managériaux. L'horizontalisation de la hiérarchie, la collaboration accrue, la transversalité, les expériences usagers et collaborateurs, l'intelligence collective ou les méthodes de management agile sont abordés dans ce mémoire comme des pistes visant à faciliter l'avènement futur de l'IA. Le manager est au cœur de ces solutions, dans une posture de manager augmenté. Les services d'incendie et de secours bénéficient également d'orientations en la matière au regard des enjeux de progrès que peut leur apporter l'IA. Mener la transformation digitale ou organiser les conditions d'épanouissement de l'intelligence collective font partie des 14 orientations proposées. "
