Abstract

"Les chefs de groupement coordonnent et animent les activités d'un groupement territorial ou fonctionnel des services d'incendie et de secours. Afin d'acquérir les compétences nécessaires à l'exercice de cet emploi, ils suivent une formation d'encadrement et de professionnalisation à l'École nationale des officiers de sapeurs-pompiers. L'ENSOSP, dans sa mission de développement des compétences des officiers de sapeurs- pompiers, affiche une démarche d'amélioration continue des formations. La formation de chef de groupement, plus de vingt ans après sa création, ne fait pas exception et doit s'adapter aux besoins des apprenants et des services d'incendie et de secours. Dans l'attente d'une base réglementaire, le présent mémoire est l'opportunité de réfléchir aux perspectives d'évolution de cette formation."
