Abstract

" Au sein de la fonction publique territoriale, les officiers de sapeurs-pompiers professionnels du grade de lieutenant à lieutenant-colonel composent l'essentiel des emplois d'encadrement de leur filière. L'employabilité de ceux-ci repose sur de nombreux piliers que sont entre autres la compétence, la mobilité et la polyvalence. Mais, qu'entendons-nous par employabilité des cadres ? Quel est l'intérêt pour les agents et les structures ? Quelles sont les attentes des cadres d'aujourd'hui ? Quelle est la vision du privé, du public et plus particulièrement des SIS sur cette problématique ? Quelles politiques RH sont mises en œuvre actuellement ? Il nous semble intéressant de partager quinze bonnes pratiques qui peuvent être mises en place dans les Services d'Incendie et de Secours (SIS) au bénéfice conjoint des agents et de l'établissement. "
