Abstract

La stratégie nationale portuaire identifie la nécessité de créer une communauté de la recherche sur la thématique des ports maritimes. Ce livre blanc porte cette ambition. Face aux défis économiques, politiques et environnementaux majeurs que les ports français doivent relever, la recherche portuaire peut apporter sa contribution, en co-construction avec les acteurs du monde de la mer, plus globalement avec la société, en mobilisant un large éventail de disciplines.
