Abstract

In this article, we explore a hypothetical model aimed at promoting a crucial balance between the prevention of psychosocial risks and employee well-being in the workplace. We examine how these two aspects interact and mutually reinforce each other in the professional environment. By analyzing the potential mechanisms of this relationship, we propose strategies and practices to foster a healthy and productive work climate. Our hypothetical model highlights the importance of considering both psychosocial risk prevention and promotion of employee well-being in the workplace in the design of organizational policies and initiatives. By adopting a holistic approach, companies can create work environments where employees feel valued, supported, and fulfilled, benefiting both their mental health and professional performance.
