Abstract

Dans ce rapport vous allez avoir accès à la synthèse des travaux menés par l'Observatoire du "New Normal" au travail. Ces travaux ont été réalisés à l'aide d'un groupe d'experts et d'observateurs issus de différentes organisations du secteur privé et public. Qu'est-ce qu'un collègue à l'heure de l'hybridation des modes de travail ? Comment le New Normal impacte les rapports entre salariés et organisations ? Entre salariés et collectifs de travail ? Quelles sont les nouvelles préoccupations des salariés, des managers et des dirigeants ? Dans ce contexte post-crise, comment peut-on manager, motiver, rassurer, satisfaire ? Comment réguler ces nouveaux écosystèmes de travail ?
