Abstract

Les politiques publiques peuvent modifier le nombre d'équilibres dans un modèle de croissance endogène. Ce travail montre que dans un modèle de croissance avec concurrence monopolistique, l'existence des externalités non-internalisées par les agents peut conduire à une multiplicité d'équilibres. L'intervention du gouvernement dans l'économie peut influer sur cette multiplicité, par la gestion des externalités et des effets de la concurrence imparfaite. Cependant une intervention publique inefficace peut faire converger l'économie vers un équilibre sous optimal. Dans ce but, nous développons un modèle macroéconomique pour une économie fermée qui dispose d'un secteur parfaitement concurrentiel des biens finaux et un secteur de concurrence monopolistique pour les biens intermédiaires.
