Création de valeur actionnariale et chômage dans un modèle WS-PS

Abstract

Le but de cet article est d'analyser les conséquences de la contrainte création de valeur pour l'actionnaire sur le niveau des salaires et le taux de chômage d'équilibre. Nous expliquons dans un premier temps en quoi la valeur actionnariale dégagée par la firme est endogène par rapport à la masse salariale. Nous exposons ensuite le nouveau programme de maximisation de la firme ainsi que celui du syndicat. Nous obtenons une augmentation du taux de chômage lors du passage d'une maximisation du profit à une maximisation de l'EVA. Le taux de chômage dépend en outre désormais de nouvelles variables financières
