Abstract

The construction of the new development model (NMD) of Morocco represents several similarities but also particularities compared to the theoretical constructions which are part of the strategies and development programs. The purpose of this paper is to offer a succinct reading or schematization of the construction of the NMD, without dwelling on the analysis of its content and its scope
