Abstract

Réflexion prospective sur les circuits courts. Ce document veut présenter quelques avenirs possibles pour les pratiques alimentaires relocalisées en France. Ils ont été élaborés dans le souci de décrire des situations extrêmement tranchées, en poussant au bout, à la limite de la caricature, des tendances et des jeux d'acteurs que l'on observe aujourd'hui. Par conséquent, les signaux faibles ont été privilégiés.
