Abstract

La livraison instantanée (UberEats, Deliveroo, Stuart...) se développe très rapidement. Ce rapport présente la troisième enquête sur les livreurs qui travaillent à Paris pour les plateformes de livraison, avec des résultats inédits sur leurs principales caractéristiques et celles de leurs activités.
