Abstract

Ce rapport présente les résultats d'un audit visant à préciser les besoins de la DGA et d'envisager de futures trajectoires de développement des démarches de Management des Connaissances. L'audit est réalisé dans le cadre d'un contrat de recherche et de transfert de connaissances entre deux laboratoires (le CEREGE et le RITM) et la DGA (Mai 2019-Mai 2022) portant sur le système de gestion des connaissances, l'adéquation des outils de gestion (et notamment des technologies) par rapport aux usages souhaités et les perceptions des acteurs.
