Abstract

Ce travail s'inscrit dans l'ensemble des recherches coordonnées par le GIS "Microéconomie de l'environnement". Trois objectifs avaient été assignés à ce programme : mieux comprendre les mécanismes de formation du consentement à payer en faisant appel à l'économie expérimentale, compléter les études de cas en s'intéressant à la valeur d'existence et à la sécurité alimentaire, et, disposer de valeurs de référence pour aider à la décision publique. Les différentes contributions répondent à ces objectifs.
