Abstract

Il s'agit donc de s'interroger sur la présence des trois principaux acteurs de la géopolitique des investissements énergétiques européens: la Russie, les États-Unis et la Chine, et les moyens qu'ont les pays européens de se protéger ou du moins d'en tirer le meilleur parti
