Abstract

L'industrie des jeux vidéo a longtemps été dominée par une succession de générations de consoles. La domination d'un industriel se confondait avec telle ou telle génération. Avec les outils d'analyse stratégique, ce cas doit aider le lecteur à répondre à la question suivante : assiste-t-on à la fin définitive du leadership de Sony dans cette industrie ?
