Abstract

Ce rapport d'étude décrit les aspects organisationnels des routes en Hollande et le traitement des appels d'urgence, qu'ils proviennent de Réseaux d'appels d'urgence ou de la téléphonie mobile, et donne également quelques statistiques relatives à la sécurité . Un chapitre est consacré à I'ANWB, automobile-club hollandais, qui occupe une place importante dans le traitement des appels
