Abstract

La valorisation de la Demand Response (DR) a fait l'objet de nombreux travaux à la fois sur son introduction et sa valorisation dans le marché électriques et sur les effets induits en termes de surplus pour la collectivité. A partir de la structure industrielle développée par Chao (2011) et des données du marché day-ahead fournies par EPEX, nous développons un modèle simulant l'introduction de la DR dans le marché électrique français. Nous montrons que, pour que la DR améliore le bien-être collectif et soit créatrice de valeur pour les différentes catégories d'acteurs impliqués,différentes conditions s'imposent, notamment des coûts de mise en place limités. A l'aide de courbes d'offre et de demande obtenues à partir de ces mêmes données, nous confirmons ces premiers résultats simulés. Nous analysons également les effets en termes de surplus pour les consommateurs et les fournisseurs etla portée de compensation versées par les opérateurs d'effacement.
