Pénétration du capital et transformation des rapports de production dans l'agriculture

Abstract

Pendant plus de dix jours, la "grève du lait" fr mai-juin 1972 a paralysé l'économie laitière de 3 départements : le Finistère, le Morbihan, la Loire-Atlantique. Pour le seul Morbihan, plus de 200 camions étaient immobilisés. Les agriculteurs, "petits" et "gros", "modernes" et "traditionnels", jeunes et anciens, hommes et femmes, vont inlassablement se relayer aux piquets de grève, nuit et jour, dans une ambiance des plus chaude, sans qu'aucun ne manque à ce qu'il estime être son devoir. Ils espéraient tous que "la France entière allait suivre"., face à l'urgence de leurs revendications. Dans cet ouvrage est vérifiée l'hypothèse selon laquelle le bouleversement des rapports de production et les luttes qui sont apparus dès 1970 ne seraient peut-être que la traduction sociale de ces nouveaux rapports de production.
