Abstract

This research focuses on Information Technology governance of corporate and investment banks (CIB). Based on a quantitative approach, we conducted a study on different cases corresponding to business divisions of CIB. The results show that integration of the IT department as an actor in the decision-making strategy has an influence on the performance of the CIB business activities.
