Abstract

The wage earners since a dozen years desire to work in organisations where they can bloom and contribute to the performance of the firm. It is a justifiable aspiration, but firm cannot create the best conditions, where from co-creation. The current firms try hard to answer waitings of their collaborators, but it is complex to know what indeed contributes to pleasure and to ease at job.
