Abstract

La mise en oeuvre progressive de la directive cadre sera marquée par des étapes importantes sur le plan de l'expertise économique. Le rapport s'inscrit dans cette perspective en fournissant un certain nombre de résultats nécessaires pour l'appliquer. Il marque une étape opérationnelle dans les travaux sur l'économie de l'eau et l'intégration des dommages marchands ou non dans la décision publique. A cet égard, il constitue le premier prolongement du séminaire organisé par l'INRA et la Direction de l'Eau le 21 décembre 2001 à Paris.
