Abstract

En France, l'agriculture biologique (AB) couvre seulement 3,5% de la surface agricole utile (chiffres de 2011 ; source : Agence Bio). Au niveau des circuits de vente les statistiques indiquent que seulement 2,3% du marché alimentaire français était issu de l'AB en 2008.
