Abstract

In this exploraly study, we try to find solutions and reply at the difficulties of expatriate in China, in India and in some countries in Europe. We describe different types of difficulties in links with the country and contingent situation. We insist on the importance of the preparation, of the knowledge of the country and the links with the head office. This researc is one qualitative research by 45 expatriate.
