Abstract

En décembre 2011, la DATAR a confié au groupement composé de deux cabinets, Kurt Salmon et Edater, et de la structure de recherche Armines, une étude destinée à analyser le fonctionnement de divers types de clusters sur un même territoire, et leurs relations avec leur écosystème. Cette étude, menée entre janvier et mars 2012, explore le cas de trois territoires régionaux : Aquitaine, Nord-Pas de Calais, Rhône-Alpes. La présente monographie, faite sur le Nord-Pas de Calais en 2012, a pour but d'analyser empiriquement quatre grandes thématiques : la place des clusters dans les stratégies régionales de développement ; les modes de pilotage public de ces clusters ; les relations des clusters avec les acteurs du développement et de l'innovation ; les interfaces entre les divers clusters eux-mêmes.
