Management des compétences collectives au travers du "JavaCard Forum": un outil pour développer des innovations technologiques

Abstract

La gestion des connaissances et des compétences collectives représente pour les entreprises un atout majeur dans la compétitivité internationale. Nous présentons sur cette thématique les résultats de nos études empiriques réalisées dans trois grandes entreprises "leaders" dans le secteur d'activités des cartes à puces, à savoir, les Sociétés: Oberthur Card System, Schumbergersema et Gemplus. Après avoir défini le JavaCard Forum, nous identifierons l'émergence et développement des compétences collectives (Partie I). Nous aborderons le knowledge management qui conduit à démultiplier l'apprentissage de chacun, pour que la plus-value dégagée profite à la collectivité (Partie II). Enfin, nous présenterons les résultats de notre recherche: l'apport de compétences collectives associé au knowledge management permettent une valorisation des innovations technologiques dans le cadre du JavaCard Forum (Partie III).
