Abstract

L'argumentation de ce texte va donc reposer sur la présentation de l'outillage conceptuel nécessaire à la réalisation de la démonstration du cours. Il débutera par une brève évaluation du statut de la référence au marché avant d'analyser les conséquences du recouvrement d'un libéralisme politique par un libéralisme économique, d'aborder la définition de la notion de régulation, d'envisager une brève évaluation de la distinction entre « gouvernance » et « gouvernementalité », de proposer une définition de la gouvernance, d'analyser la gouvernance comme signe de l'émergence de l'entreprise et de l'organisation « citoyennes », de proposer une esquisse des contours du « moment libéral » et d'envisager la définition de la privatisation.
