Abstract

Que la dimension visée soit théorique, pratique ou encore technique, une caractéristique majeure des sciences des organisations est celle du refus de la marge. Elles reposent sur l'idée d'un isomorphisme entre un comportement rationnel supposé et un comportement réel, tout marge étant traitée comme une maladie sur le base de la logique « diagnostic – solution », fondement de la perspective du problem solving. Et si la transgression était en fait la norme ? C'est cette question qui fonde les idées de ce texte qui, partant de la transgression, va déboucher sur la triche comme phénomène « normal ».
