Abstract

Les compétences constituent aujourd'hui un des thèmes organisationnels de la gestion des ressources humaines tout comme, plus généralement, des « sciences des organisations ». Mais c'est aujourd'hui avec la gradation « données – informations – compétences – connaissances » qu'il est possible d'aborder la question des différentes dimensions du « capital immatériel » de l'organisation, « capital immatériel constitué à la fois des compétences et des connaissances.
