Abstract

The reconciliation work-family, objective posted within the framework of the European strategy known as of Lisbon at horizon 2010, approaches a phase of assessment today. Promoted at the origin like means of guaranteeing the professional insertion for women, in a total objective and of long term of equality between men and women, is now in a changing context. With a transformation of the economic conditions (employment crisis, in particular) and ways of life, it is necessary to redefine a " desirable " policy of reconciliation for the years to come, taking account of the new involved actors, their modes of gouvernance and impulses of the governments as well national as international.
