Abstract

Les algorithmes peuvent-ils être utilisés pour mettre en œuvre des ententes, pour les faciliter, voire pour les initier ? Ces questions sont apparues dans la littérature lors de la publication d'un ouvrage d'Ariel Ezrachi et de Maurice Stucke, Virtual competition en 2016 . Rarement la qualification d'ouvrage séminal a été autant méritée. Après neuf ans marqués par une littérature bourgeonnante et riche en controverses, le temps est venu de faire un point quant à l'effectivité de de risque et de s'interroger sur la capacité des règles de concurrence à y répondre le cas échéant. La réponse à cette question dépend du type d'ententes que l'on considère.
