Commerce extérieur : le rebond survivra-t-il aux multiples crises ?

Abstract

Pour la première fois depuis 2016, les comptes nationaux trimestriels montrent un solde extérieur des biens et services en valeur positif (de l'ordre de 0,5 point de PIB) au quatrième trimestre 2025. Le commerce extérieur a pourtant connu une année 2025 plus difficile que les précédentes. Après avoir été supérieure à 1 point de PIB en 2023 et 2024, la contribution du solde extérieur des biens et services à la croissance est négative en 2025, comme le montre le tableau 9. Cela s'explique certes par des facteurs temporaires, comme la reconstitution des stocks après un fort mouvement de déstockage en 2023 et 2024, ainsi qu'un très mauvais premier semestre pour certains produits d'exportation comme les matériels de transport ou l'industrie chimique. Le deuxième semestre a été nettement meilleur avec une croissance des exportations de 3 % au troisième trimestre, tirée par un volume exceptionnel de livraisons de matériel de transport. Il en résulte de très bons acquis à la fin 2025 : 2,4 % pour la croissance des exportations, 0,7 point pour la contribution à la croissance du PIB. Comme les mauvais résultats du premier semestre, ces acquis doivent être interprétés avec prudence. Les exportations, en particulier celles de matériel de transport, devraient connaître un mauvais premier trimestre 2026, suivi d'un rebond au second trimestre. [Premier paragraphe]
