Abstract

La formation brute de capital fixe (FBCF) des entreprises non financières (ENF) a augmenté de 1,1 % en volume au troisième trimestre 2025, soit 1,8 % en glissement annuel, et est restée stable au quatrième trimestre (graphique 9.1). L'investissement termine donc l'année 2025 en très légère augmentation par rapport à 2024 (+0,2 %). Notre modélisation de l'investissement des ENF suggère que l'augmentation des perspectives de demande, combinée à l'usage plus intensif du capital par l'appareil productif, aurait contribué positivement à sa croissance au second semestre. En revanche, la réduction des marges brutes jusqu'au deuxième trimestre 2025 et la dynamique passée du coût du capital y auraient contribué négativement.
