Abstract

Les créations d'emplois ralentissent en 2025, jusqu'à devenir quasi nulles. Après 275 000 créations en 2023, puis 170 000 en 2024, l'économie ne crée plus que 16 000 emplois en 2025, soit un taux de croissance de l'emploi de +0,1 %, contre +0,8 % en 2024 et +1,1 % en 2023. Avec une croissance du PIB de +1,2 % sur un an, on observe ainsi une accélération des gains de productivité par rapport aux années précédentes (+0,7 % en 2023, +0,3 % en 2024). Cette stabilité apparente de l'emploi total recouvre deux évolutions opposées : des destructions d'emplois salariés (-62 000 entre fin 2024 et fin 2025) d'un côté, une hausse de l'emploi non salarié (+78 000) de l'autre, portée par les créations d'auto-entreprises. La part de l'emploi non salarié dans l'emploi total atteint ainsi 11,5 % fin 2025 contre 11 % trois ans plus tôt. [Premiers paragraphes]
