Abstract

La France a connu en 2025 une croissance du PIB modeste (0,9%) mais son économie a relativement bien résisté, malgré un haut niveau d'incertitude, affichant une croissance supérieure à ses voisins allemands et italiens, notamment. En 2026, l'activité croîtrait à un rythme légèrement plus faible (0,8%), marquée à la fois par la forte hausse des prix des hydrocarbures (bien que temporaire dans notre scénario central), les efforts budgétaires et les incertitudes. Cette baisse de la croissance est plus marquée en glissement annuel, passant de 1,2 % fin 2025 à 0,7 % fin 2026. En 2027, la croissance se situerait à 1 % mais ce scénario suppose un retour à la normale du marché international de l'énergie. Il repose également sur une consolidation budgétaire qui respecte les règles européennes, avec un effort budgétaire primaire de 0,8 point de PIB. Toute autre évolution significativement différente de notre scénario central, autant sur le plan international avec le conflit en Iran que sur les choix budgétaires en France en 2027, serait à même de modifier notre prévision de croissance.
