Abstract

Alors que les technologies de l'information et des communications, incarnées ou non dans un objet, sont devenues centrales dans tous les secteurs d'activité et s'imposent comme un moteur de l'économie globale, une poignée de mastodontes numériques en ont accaparé la capitalisation, les revenus et les clients. Plus grave encore, selon Sarah Guillou, ces entreprises omnivores pratiquent une stratégie de conglomérat en investissant dans les secteurs les plus divers et s'immiscent dans des domaines jusque-là réservés au pouvoir régalien.
