Abstract

La zone euro souffre depuis sa création d'une organisation défectueuse et n'a pas réussi à relancer son économie après 2009. Les initiatives de la Commission ayant souvent été contre-productives, il est urgent d'instaurer une nouvelle gouvernance. Depuis 1999, les pays de la zone euro partagent une monnaie commune. Le creusement des déséquilibres, la crise des dettes publiques des pays du Sud, la grande dépression ont mis en évidence tous les défauts de l'organisation de la zone. La monnaie unique souffre de péchés originels. [Premier paragraphe]
